At Jefferies & Partners, ESG is not a checkbox, it’s how we’ve designed our business from the ground up.

We are a management solutions firm headquartered in Belgium, built for a modern world that values trust, speed, sustainability, and real outcomes. Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments reflect the core of our value proposition to clients, employees, and society.

Environmental

We minimize our environmental footprint through conscious design and a digital-first mindset.

Remote-first operations: We operate entirely without commercial premises. This significantly reduces emissions related to commuting, utilities, and office waste, and allows us to run a more efficient and client-focused business.

Flexible presence, digital by default: While we prioritize virtual collaboration through Microsoft Teams, our consultants are fully available to meet on-site whenever in-person presence supports project success or client alignment.

Carbon-aware choices: By eliminating unnecessary infrastructure and travel, we cut emissions without compromising on service. The result: better outcomes with less environmental cost.

100% electric mobility: All company vehicles provided by Jefferies & Partners are fully electric. We do not offer hybrid or combustion engine vehicles. When travel is required, we do so using zero-emission vehicles in full compliance with Belgian and EU sustainability regulations. 

Social

In-person meetups with purpose: Once a month or more, our team meets in person, not for operations, but to connect, reflect, and build relationships that matter.

  • A human-first model: Our team works remotely within Belgium and or the Benelux region, from wherever they thrive. This creates space for school drop-offs, morning workouts, time with family, or simply getting the sleep they need to do great work.

  • Agile by design: Where legacy firms are top-heavy and office-bound, we are lean and fast. We’ve eliminated unnecessary meetings, real estate, and rituals, not to cut corners, but to focus on what truly matters.

  • Inclusive hiring: Our remote structure lets us recruit talent across regions, backgrounds, and life stages, with a strong emphasis on psychological safety and genuine belonging.

Governance

At Jefferies & Partners, security and accountability are foundational to how we operate, not afterthoughts.

We work in a secure, cloud-native environment built on Microsoft’s enterprise technologies, with modern device management, zero-trust principles, and strict compliance with EU data regulations.

Secure-by-design infrastructure: Every team member operates on centrally managed business-class Windows 11 Pro devices. These machines are encrypted, continuously monitored, and protected with next-gen endpoint security.

Cloud-first, zero-compromise: We operate entirely within Microsoft’s secure cloud ecosystem , including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive, with no reliance on third-party collaboration platforms. All communication and data are protected by enterprise-grade encryption, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access controls.

Azure-powered identity & protection: Our systems are backed by Microsoft Entra ID and Azure’s enterprise security stack. This includes conditional access policies, device compliance enforcement, and continuous threat detection across endpoints and user identities.

GDPR-aligned by design: As a Belgian SRL, we adhere to the strictest EU privacy standards, ensuring client and employee data is handled responsibly across every engagement.

Transparent, not top-heavy: Our executive team exercises strategic oversight, but all operational work happens openly through Microsoft Teams, enabling clear collaboration, digital traceability, and real-time accountability.

Aligned with ISO 20700: In line with the international guideline for management consultancy services, we align in good faith with the core principles of ISO 20700.

This includes a transparent approach to client engagement, structured delivery frameworks, outcome-oriented scoping, and ethical conduct throughout our consulting lifecycle. While ISO 20700 is not a certifiable standard, it serves as a practical reference that shapes how we deliver work, with clarity, mutual respect, and accountability.

Looking ahead, we intend to formalise these commitments even further. As the firm grows, our goal is to pursue     

B Corp Certification, a natural extension of the principles we already live by. While we will begin this journey when timing and resources align, our direction is clear: to build a company that consistently operates for the benefit of clients, people, and the planet.
